 Post subject: MCEGUIDE not responding after install

Hi There, I installed on 2 MCE's as well as 2 laptops to confirm, one with XP and one with VISTA, the current one is not working. After I install it, it runs, but then it hangs and closes down. The same happens on all the machines.
