Mceguide installs, but stops responding when run

I have 2 media centers in my house, I recently upgraded parts and re-installed. I tried the MCEGuide on both and it does not respond after installation. I also tried it on 2 laptops, one with XP and another with Win7, both the same, please help. The event logs just say that the application entered a hang state.

Is your Media Center connected to the internet and can you access the MCEGuide website from that machine?

Yes it is, I can download the guide, install the guide, but it does not launch, it stops responding, on 5 different machines?? I am however running it now, and it is opening like it used to, so I don't know what you did, or my SP maybe did, but thanks..lol

Maybe the Seacom fiasco of last week had something to do with it. The app will appear to hang if it cannot communicate with the server.
