I ordered a Microsoft Media Center Remote with IR Transmitter (order no. 77) from
www.mceshop.co.za on the 20th April (payment made the same day) and up to today (28th April) I have still not received my order or even a tracking number.
On the 21st April you changed my order status to "Processing" then to "Delivered" (same day) with a note stating; "Dispatched via couriers. Delivery +- 2-3 working days".
On the 22nd April you sent me an email stating the following (I had asked for speed service + pay the difference); "Due to the nature of our business, we dispatch orders directly from our suppliers. For this reason, we make use of their couriers and unfortunately we cannot use a different method of delivery. Kind regards, Franco Massyn"
I replied (22nd April); "No problem, will you guys email the tracking number once the order has been dispatched?"
I received no reply..
On the 24th April I sent this email; "Why does my order (#77) state "delivered" and when will I get my tracking number? Which courier is it going to be delivered by and when (date)? Need to know.."
Also received no reply to this email..
Now the question is, am I asking too much to the point where MCE/Franco ignore my emails leaving me no option but to post this here on the forum? It's been a week, I haven't received a tracking number, haven't received my order and on top of that my order has an incorrect status which you fail to correct even after I sent you an email asking what was going on.
All I want is my order to be delivered ASAP and hate being ignored, maybe posting here will grab your attention.
